With HRH, The Princess Royal as its Chancellor, the University College of Osteopathy (UCO) is an innovative and energetic small higher education provider and is looking for new volunteer trustees/board members to help drive forward its strategic vision. This is an opportunity to be a part of an exciting chapter in the UCO’s history as we build on the recent achievements of Taught Degree Awarding Powers and University College title, and make ambitious plans for the relocation and development of our estate and the diversification of our curriculum offer.
With the enhanced expectations on governors following the establishment of the Office for Students we are specifically looking for individuals with experience and expertise in any of the following areas:
- Finance
- Corporate Governance
- Human Resources
- Major relocations

You would normally be expected to attend four Board Meetings per year (travel expenses will be reimbursed) and you will be provided with appropriate training.
