The Office of Placements and Work-based Learning provides support, guidance and administrative services for students, academic programme teams and the organisations that provide work-based learning opportunities that are assessed as part of a student’s course.

The University is seeking an experienced, client focused administrator to provide professional administrative services. You will be undertaking a range of activities, working with academic teams and organisations providing placements, delivering exceptional services to our students.

About you

With a proven track record of producing high quality administrative tasks, you will need to be able to demonstrate success in delivering excellence in customer service.

With the opportunity to work more flexibly – blending locations and working times according to the work being carried out. Training, meetings and support will be provided both virtually, and in person, you will therefore need to be able to follow procedures and work under your own initiative.

Qualification

Essential:

GCSE or equivalent vocational qualification (e.g. NVQ 2) or equivalent
