This role involves the design, development, organisation and co-ordination of a programme of Entrepreneurship activities and schemes available to students and graduates of the University of Chester, including delivery by external providers where appropriate. You will liaise with colleagues across the University to ensure that Careers and Employability’s entrepreneurship activities reflect the needs of students in developing a business, self-employment or freelance careers as a graduate outcome, contributing to curricular and extra-curricular activities as required. The post is situated within the Student Success Team and you will be expected to co-ordinate closely with other members of the Careers and Employability team.

You will be educated to degree level, and have relevant experience within an administrative role, along with experience of working with entrepreneurs in business development, or in collaborative entrepreneurial projects, and with experience of project innovation and delivery. Attention to detail, project management skills, the ability to work as a team member and co-ordinator and the ability to prioritise own and others’ work and use resources effectively are essential.
