Joining the team provides the opportunity to influence decisions at the most senior levels of the university via robust and thorough analysis and strategic insights, helping to drive the success of our students and the University.

Skills and experience
• You’ll have experience of strategy development, informing decision making at a senior level
• You have strong strategic skills, such as the ability to identify strategic questions and form hypotheses, and the understanding of the analytical frameworks used in strategy development
• You have strong analytical skills, including both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
• You are adept at managing and communicating clearly and concisely with a wide range of stakeholders in a large and complex organisation. You communicate complex messages succinctly both verbally and in slides and reports

• You’ll be interested in supporting the OU’s external affairs activity through rigorous data analysis, strategic thinking and policy formulation
• You’ll have experience with identifying growth opportunities, or within an internal strategy team / strategy consulting

If you answered yes and are looking to work in a different sector with a world leading higher education provider then we look forward to receiving your application.
