We are seeking to appoint a Head of Race Equality Charter (REC) to lead the design, development and operation of agile, responsive and inclusive member-led REC services and associated member benefits for universities and research institutes. The Head of REC will help shape the Race Equality Charter for disparate national and international contexts and will lead the engagement with key sector communities and bodies, engaging with, and responding to, feedback from senior leaders and networks around the ongoing development and impact of REC services.
