Our international community is important to our identity and it is in this context that we are seeking to appoint a new Head of International Student Recruitment, to help us reach new markets and continue to diversify our student body.

The new Head of International Student Recruitment will be responsible for building strong, productive relationships with our global network of agents and partners for the University of Exeter. They will help build recruitment activity in new and existing markets, and will help enhance and disseminate Exeter’s reputation and brand internationally.

Leading a team within the University, the incoming Head will help refine systems and processes to ensure strong, data-driven decision making. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand our current offer and translate this for international audiences. The new Head of International Student Recruitment will be familiar with international recruitment trends and will horizon scan and help prepare the University for future developments.

We are seeking an individual with strong international recruitment and leadership experience. They will possess strong interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate the team, and will have a good depth of experience in data driven decision making and line management.
