We are looking for a self-motivated individual that enjoys a challenge and an agile working environment. The successful post holder will have strong project management skills, be confident in delivering training to students and ensure we offer effective volunteer management to enhance our students

The Post
The Representation Specialist post is jointly responsible for supporting, developing and coordinating the Course Representative system (Student Representatives who gather feedback and represent students on their University Course). As part of the Representation team, you will ensure that the student voice has an influence both within the University and the Union. The post holder will also be required to provide ad-hoc additional support for our Elected Officer leadership team through manifesto development and campaign planning.

The Person
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, inspirational individual who is passionate about delivering an excellent student centred service. The post-holder will have experience of leading and managing projects and supporting, motivating and training people. They will also have experience of developing and increasing participation and will demonstrate the skills necessary to develop new initiatives and deliver training programmes that inspire participants. In addition, the post-holder will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of best practice in supporting Union representatives, the skills to undertake and present research, analyse data and have the ability to handle competing priorities.
