We are seeking a Head of Policy who shares our ambition, is open to working consultatively and collaboratively across the University, as well as with a wide range of stakeholders, and ultimately will take responsibility for navigating the University through the current and future public policy landscape.
Working directly to the Vice-Chancellor, and based in the University’s Planning Department, you’ll influence the University’s response to key policy changes and advocate on our behalf at local, regional and national levels.
You will have deep knowledge of current trends in UK higher education policy and their likely implications for the University, be intellectually credible with a proven ability to communicate complex issues succinctly and accurately. Just as importantly, you will share our belief in our vision, mission and values.
