The Research Manager is responsible for working with clients (internal and external) on fulfilling their research needs, ensuring we are designing, running and delivering useful and actionable insights.
The Research Manager will support bids and opportunities, supporting the strategy for research projects.
This role will include accountability – although this will be working with other members of the research and wider Net Natives teams – of our internal projects such as National Clearing Survey, Higher Education Marketers Survey, Student Pulse and Trending Topics.
Knowledge sharing is a key aspect of this role, and the Research Manager should regularly present research findings to the wider company and sector (or support their line reports to do this).
Job Details:
Day to day you will be responsible for…
1. Management of the research team, a small team of senior and junior researchers. This will include allocating work and managing team resource, reviewing work, supporting and upskilling researchers, and conducting regular 1-1s
2. Supporting on bids, opportunities and research strategy
3. Delivery of, and supporting other team members with, research projects, including the design, analysis and reporting, and liaise with internal stakeholders to inform client marketing
4. Oversee management of the Student Hut panel (UK)

Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years experience working in a market research role
– Minimum 5 years experience of people management, including researches and those in senior roles
– Have written surveys, which have then been distributed
– Strong attention to detail
