This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.

The Quality and Standards Office plays a key role in the development of the University’s quality assurance and academic regulatory frameworks, including the approval, monitoring and review of courses. It also provides a Committee Secretariat function and supports the University’s three Colleges in meeting their responsibility for quality assurance, academic standards, and governance.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to join the University to support the development of Nursing and Physicians Associate provision. These are new areas of provision for the University, and we are looking for an individual with experience of Nursing and Midwifery Council and/or General Medical Council accreditation processes to provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues to as courses are developed.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop the University’s processes to meet the requirements of these accrediting bodies. Excellent Communication skills are required to build effective working relationships across the University.
