Carole Elliott is Professor of Organisation Studies, The Management School, University of Sheffield. She is associate editor of Gender, Work, and Organization, and a former editor of Human Resource Development International. She co-chairs the University Forum for HRD’s research activities committee, and she is a member of Council for the British Academy of Management.
