Based in Manchester, Jeremy leads both the national retail planning team and the north planning team at Savills and is qualified in planning and property investment with degrees from South Bank and City Universities. He has a strong reputation in commercial planning, particularly retail, with his principal focus on out of centre schemes, superstores and large scale in-town development.
