Sapna Marwaha is the founder of Formation Consultancy, providing specialist support in inclusive governance, research security, and research culture. With over a decade of experience as an in-house lawyer in research and innovation organisations, she brings together specialist expertise with a record of leadership and transformation.
Sapna serves as Deputy Chair of the Association of Research Managers and Administrators (ARMA). She was a co-investigator on the Research England-funded and ARMA-led project, “Efficiency, Equity, Quality and Security in International Research Collaboration,” and the lead author of the resulting Complex Collaborations report.
Her portfolio also includes being a Development Board Member (Legal and Governance) for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in Science and Health (EDIS) and serving as a Lay Member and Co-Chair of the R&D Committee at NHS Blood and Transplant.
